PRODUCT FAULTS
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Australian Moments is committed to providing quality products, and guarantees them for 120 days.
Please contact us within this time period to discuss your concerns and determine which of replacement, refund or repair best suits your situation.
CHANGE OF MIND
Australian moments is happy to refund your order in full if we receive notification prior to shipping.
In the event that your item has shipped or been delivered prior to sending a refund request we can offer a part refund so long as the product has not been used or damaged and is in saleable condition upon return. The part refund will be the purchase price minus the cost of shipping back to Australian Moments.
